Refund and Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Exchange
You have [7] calendar days to exchange an item with an equal value from the date you received it.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in new condition, unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

All items need to be photographed and sent through email/ whatsapp for record purposes.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

All items cannot be exchanged after [7] calendar days from the date you received it.



Refunds
Refund policy only applied when the item received is damaged or broken caused by vendor.

All damaged items need to be photographed and sent through email/ whatsapp for record purposes.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

All items cannot be refund after [7] calendar days from the date you received it.

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you based on the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment method.



Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
